Return and Refund policy
All return requests must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
Inspect all merchandise upon arrival. If you're dissatisfied in any way with any item, notify Bayland Products Customer Service at once. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE.
Any used merchandise shipped to Bayland Products will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RGA#
Any unauthorized returns sent to Bayland Products will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Customers returning products may be charged a 20% restocking fee. To avoid this contact customer service as soon as possible. Order smaller amounts to test the products before ordering a larger amount.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT - GET YOUR RGA#
To get your RGA# and return products you must contact us via phone, fax, or e-mail. Tell us of your problem and how we can get in touch with you. Once we review your claim you will be issued an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). This RGA# should appear on all notes, invoices and shipping boxes. A copy of the invoice should be included with the returned product. This will help expedite the return process. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Bar Buffing Compounds
Bayland Products takes great care in packing our bar compounds when shipping so the bar compound does not break. Bar compound received broken in two or a three pieces is still considered good usable compound. In the rare case when bar compound is received in many pieces we will work to replace the damaged product. You will need to contact Bayland Products and tell us of the problem. ALL the damaged compound must be returned to us for full credit and or replacement. Bayland Products will receive no returns without an RGA# that you will receive by contacting us. All authorized returns with an RGA# should be shipped back to Bayland Products at the customers expense to our address below. If you are returning unbroken bars of compound, once you have received your RGA# you should pack the bars very well in soft packing foam and mark the box FRAGILE!
BAYLAND PRODUCTS WILL NOT GIVE FULL CREDIT FOR BROKEN BARS OF COMPOUND.
It is your responsibility to return them to us unbroken for full credit. Bayland Products will not replace or refund used bars or partial bars of compound or greaseless compounds.
Greasless Buffing Compounds
Greaseless buffing compounds are packed in plastic tubes to keep them airtight and fresh. Once the plastic is cut or punctured the product must be refrigerated and wrapped to stay fresh and usable. Bayland Products will not except returns of Greaseless Buffing Compounds.
Only order as much as you can keep fresh. This product has a very short self-life and should be kept refrigerated.
